Adam Honig
President and Chief Executive Officer

Adam is the president and chief executive of Innoveer Solutions, responsible for the company's overall vision and strategic direction, and for guiding operations toward increased market share. With strong leadership roles in sales, marketing, and executive management, Adam has led Innoveer through its transition to become an independent company focused on helping organizations successfully manage customer interaction to achieve targeted business outcomes. Adam has a proven track record in recognizing and quickly responding to the requirements of the high-technology marketplace and has authored numerous industry-focused white papers and frequently contributes to today's leading CRM and IT publications. Under his leadership, Innoveer Solutions has achieved industry-leading customer satisfaction levels and won numerous industry awards, including the User's Choice award for CRM consulting.

Prior to Innoveer Solutions, Adam was a founder and president of C-bridge Internet Solutions, an Internet consultancy which went public in 1999. Before starting C-bridge, he was a founder of Open Environment Corporation, a software company that focused on middleware software, which went public in 1996 and was acquired by Borland International in 1997. Adam holds a BA in philosophy from Cornell University, has won the Boston Business Journal's "40 under 40" award, and is a six-time judge of the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition.

Matthew E. Johnson, Ph.D.
Chief Strategy Officer

Matt Johnson, Chief Strategy Officer, is an executive-level management consultant with extensive experience in the fields of information technology consulting, strategic planning, and organizational change management. His background includes a long-term focus on helping organizations manage changes resulting from the introduction of new technologies. More recently, this focus has been dedicated to the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Matt's 23 years of experience includes a concentration within the consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare industries. Previously, Matt served at Cambridge Technology Partners as the Director of Organizational Readiness. He has over 10 years of direct experience within the high technology industry with positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and IBM. He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Vermont in Experimental Psychology, and a B.S. in Biology and Psychology from Valparaiso University.

Bernard Drost
Chief Technology Officer

Bernard is responsible for Innoveer's overall technology direction, strategy, and point-of-view, and is involved with all aspects of customers' CRM programs, including architecture development and implementation. With a focus on maximizing the success of CRM programs, Bernard also works with Innoveer's partners to ensure that customers are implementing the right technologies and capabilities for their unique business environments. With over fifteen years of experience strategizing and developing innovative technology and CRM programs, Bernard was one of the first ten people to join Innoveer Solutions.

Prior to Innoveer at Cambridge Technology, Bernard focused on a full range of CRM solutions, beginning in 1997 with several large, international companies. During his career, he has also lived in the United States, Europe, and Asia where he has worked and developed a solid understanding of the cultural and business distinctions between these regions. He earned both his bachelors and masters of Science degrees in applied mathematics at the University of Twente at Enschede, The Netherlands.

Jennifer Yanoff
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Jennifer is responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing and business development strategy to grow Innoveer's customer base and expand its brand within its target industries and geographies. This entails supervising the overall marketing and inside sales teams and managing all activities and programs, including collateral, sales tool, and presentation development; sales planning and lead generation efforts and analysis; and internal and external communication and positioning.

Prior to joining Innoveer, Jennifer was Director of Marketing at Steelpoint Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of legal and compliance solutions. She was responsible for collateral development, key partnerships, lead generation programs and events, the annual User Conference, and the Sales & Marketing Intranet and corporate website. While there, Steelpoint's revenue grew 55 percent from 2002 to 2003. Her experience also encompasses various positions at the Miller Consulting Group where her clients included Informix, Primeon, Ascential Software, and Caliber Learning, among others. Jennifer holds a BA in liberal arts from Bates College.

Stephanie Curtis
Human Resources Director

As human resources director, Stephanie is responsible for managing Innoveer's global Human Resources operations and worldwide recruiting, as well as all facets of benefits administration and other employee covenant-related topics, including coordination of training, rewards, and recognition programs and employee satisfaction. Stephanie has over 10 years of Human Resources experience, including building multiple international Human Resource groups.

Before joining Innoveer Solutions, Stephanie consulted to Lodestar Corporation where she was responsible for all areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, internal communications, and Human Resources systems and operations. Prior to that, Stephanie held various Human Resources roles at Infinium, Safety 1st, and The Boston Company. She has been certified by the Society of Human Resources Management at the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) level since 1998 and holds an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management.

David Sirois
Finance Director

As Finance Director at Innoveer, David is in charge of all worldwide financial and accounting operations. In this role, he oversees Innoveer's financial reporting and statements, budgeting processes and planning, and audit and tax programs.

Prior to Innoveer, David was a controller at Mathsoft Engineering & Education, Inc., an international high-technology company, where he was responsible for the day-to-day financial operations. Prior to Mathsoft, David has held many financial leadership roles, including positions at The Learning Company, where he led various aspects of accounting and financial management. David holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assumption College and a MBA from Salem State College. He is a member of the International Management Association and the Delta Mu Delta honor society.

Steve Noone
Vice President, New England

Steve Noone has over 15 years of professional experience in business systems consulting and financial/operations management. Steve joined Innoveer Solutions in January of 2000, and has been instrumental in building the firm's New England practice, leading successful projects for several key accounts, including Akamai Technologies, Circles, and Doble Engineering. In May 2002, Steve was promoted to Vice President of the firm's New England practice, responsible for New England business development and operations, including overseeing all customer and partner relationships.

Prior to Innoveer, Steve held senior consultant and management positions at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he provided financial, manufacturing, supply chain management, and CRM system integration services to companies worldwide. Steve holds an MBA from Boston College and a BS from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Jennifer Eversen
Vice President, Europe

Jennifer's responsibilities include the direction of all business development and operations for the European division, including the expansion of regional client-bases and creation and maintenance of customer and partner relationships.

Before joining Innoveer in 1999, she had a seven-year tenure at Cambridge Technology Partners, moving from a consultant to project and client management functions, and ultimately, to the role of domain quality and delivery consultant for the company's CRM practice. During that time, Jennifer acquired deep knowledge of CRM issues and technologies, including the analysis of business processes and mapping of functional requirements, technical architecture design and prioritization of tiered functionality rollouts. Jennifer has a BA in Computer Science from Boston University.

John Jagtiani
Vice President, New York

John is responsible for managing the New York Operations for Innoveer Solutions. He has over fifteen years of experience in the management of technology initiatives through varying technology generations.

John started his career at IBM where he worked on designing large-scale international and sales support systems and assumed roles in applications programming, software development, and project management. He then joined PepsiCo to lead the install of Pepsi’s 5,000 user customer master system. In the last eight years prior to joining Innoveer Solutions, John has held several consulting leadership positions at Accenture, and most recently, at Siebel Systems. He also started his own consulting venture, L& M Global Solutions, which he successfully led in the mid 90’s. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Economics from Rutgers University and his MBA from Hofstra University.

Colin Robinson
Vice President, United Kingdom

With over fourteen years of high-technology management experience, Colin Robinson is responsible for leading Innoveer Solutions' UK operations. Colin joined Innoveer in September 1999 as a founding member of the UK practice, and he is now responsible for building and growing the practice, in terms of business development, recruiting, and customer satisfaction. He has also led numerous successful consulting projects with key Innoveer accounts – focusing primarily on the healthcare, high-technology and financial services industries.

Prior to Innoveer, Colin was a manager at ZS Associates, a global firm focused on sales and marketing consulting, where he was credited for helping organizations within the healthcare industry achieve their sales force effectiveness objectives, as well as for fostering key alliances and partnerships. Before ZS, Colin worked for Reuters in computer auditing and international marketing, as well as at Accenture where he was responsible for numerous large scale software implementations. Colin holds a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, University of London.

Bas Swüste
Vice President, Business Intelligence

Bas is responsible for driving Innoveer’s business intelligence (BI) strategy, overseeing its BI initiatives, providing thought leadership, and supporting BI-focused projects worldwide. Since joining Innoveer in 2000, Bas has provided domain and technology expertise to Innoveer’s U.S. and European customers, and managed over 75 projects for 30+ customers, including Albemarle Catalyst Company, ABN AMRO, Intergas Energie, Irish Life Permanent, Johnson & Johnson, Juniper Networks, and Robeco Direct, among others.

With over 10 years of experience in the CRM industry, Bas has also worked at Radio Holland Electronics and CSC Computer Sciences Corporation, where he focused on various marketing and IT-related endeavors with an emphasis on the ‘customer perspective.’ Bas received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Technical Business Administration from Hogeschool Alkmaar, The Netherlands.
