    Adam Honig President and CEO

    Adam actively guides the vision, strategy and operations of Innoveer Solutions, and helps the firm excel at providing services that achieve business objectives. Under Adam’s direction, Innoveer Solutions has achieved industry-leading customer satisfaction levels, won numerous awards and achieved a world-class reputation.

    Prior to Innoveer Solutions, Adam helped build, grow and manage numerous successful technology firms, including Internet consulting firm C-bridge Internet Solutions and middleware software development firm Open Environment Corporation. He began his career at Cambridge Technology Partners. Throughout his career, Adam has built a reputation for guiding organizations and helping them grow, by balancing operational expertise with a rigorous understanding of how to best apply technology and process changes to achieve business goals.

    Based on both his business acumen and CRM expertise, Adam has won the Boston Business Journal's "40 under 40" award and is a six-time judge of the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition. Quoted by leading publications in the United States and Europe, they regularly feature Adam’s perspective on CRM. He also writes a weekly blog focused on the CRM market, new trends and insights into successful CRM projects. Adam earned a Bachelors Degree from Cornell University.

  • Colin Robinson

    Colin Robinson Senior Vice President, Consulting, Europe

    With 18+ years of technology management experience, Colin Robinson manages Innoveer’s world-wide delivery team and overall operations. He ensures that the business meets the latest industry and technology challenges, including new forays into the cloud market. Through recruitment, training, retention and fostering a world-class environment, he has built a team that is committed to its customers. During Colin’s tenure, Innoveer has received awards for its high quality work from Oracle itself as well as from local CRM User Groups.

    Colin joined Innoveer in September of 1999 as a founding member of the UK practice. Prior to his current role, he led successful projects with key Innoveer accounts, primarily in the healthcare, high-technology and financial services industries.

    Previous to Innoveer, Colin was a consultant at ZS Associates, a global consulting firm focused on strategic sales and marketing. Before ZS, Colin worked for Reuters and Accenture. Colin earned a Bachelors Degree from Imperial College, University of London.

  • Jennifer Yanoff

    Jennifer Yanoff Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

    Jennifer leads the worldwide sales and marketing organization at Innoveer. Her responsibilities include directing Innoveer’s overall sales and marketing strategy, developing all programs and communications, overseeing Innoveer’s alliances and managing the global team.

    With a focus on account and customer management, Jennifer sets the company's sales and marketing direction to ensure that the firm exceeds its customers’ needs. To that end, she ensures that Innoveer, after 12+ years of industry tenure, remains leading edge, with best-in-class sales strategies, service offerings and partnerships.

    Prior to joining Innoveer in 2004, Jennifer was the director of marketing at Steelpoint Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of legal and compliance solutions. Her responsibilities included managing all communications and lead-generation programs, as well as key partnerships and user conferences. During her tenure, Steelpoint's revenue increased by 55 percent. Prior to Steelpoint, Jennifer worked at Miller Consulting Group with a focus on the high-technology industry. Jennifer holds a Bachelors Degree from Bates College.

  • Miriam Johnson

    Miriam Johnson Vice President, Human Resources

    Miriam is responsible for overseeing Innoveer's global human resources organization. Accordingly, she leads all aspects of recruiting, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and re-skilling staff in the newest technologies, including the latest advancements in cloud CRM.

    With 30+ years of human resources experience -- 20 of those years spent in a senior-level HR role -- Miriam has worked in all aspects of human resource strategy and operations. She is adept at applying the latest technology, to improve HR effectiveness. Her approach to HR is simple: balance the needs of employees with the needs of the organization.

    Before joining Innoveer Solutions, Miriam was the vice president of employee related services at Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries. There, she was responsible for all areas of human resources, including organizational alignment, restructuring, training and orientation and compensation. Miriam earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Scranton and an MBA -- with a concentration in Human Resource Management -- from the University of Pittsburgh.

  • Steven Hill

    Steven Hill Chief Financial Officer

    As CFO of Innoveer, Steve is in charge of all worldwide financial and accounting operations. In this role, he oversees all financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning processes and audit and tax programs.

    Prior to Innoveer, Steve was a board member and the Chief Financial Officer at Burst Media, a publicly traded Internet advertising network. While at Burst, Steve oversaw the acquisition of two companies, which dramatically increased revenue growth. Steve also oversaw the sale of Burst Media to a larger public company in April of 2011. Prior to Burst Media, Steve has been an executive at publishing and technology firms including Continental Cablevision, Houghton Mifflin, Delphi Internet and began his career at Arthur Andersen.

    Steve holds a Bachelors Degree from Amherst College and an MBA from Stanford University.
